BBK longtubes, BBK Off road Hpipe, Dual Flowmaster, MARCH intake, Edelbrock 70mm throttle body, GT 40 tubular intake manifold, 24lb injectors, SVO Aluminum Heads, E303cam, Underdrive pulleys, Electric fan

would this combo hit 300rwhp?

Should be close. I'd say 290-300.

i would expect 280-290 rwhp and 310-320 ft/tq. but numbers jump all over the place
