306 Won't Idle

I just put together a gt40p 306 combo. I'm having problems with my idle. It idles fine as long as I don't drive it hard. If I drive hard it begins to surge. My mods are 19 pound injectors, bbk ssi intake, 80mm tb, 373 gears, tfs1 cam and Ram xd clutch. Does anyone have a clue as to what may be wrong. I already check for vacuum leaks. Could it be be a eec problem.

Do it like he said... It will save me the trouble of posting the link.
Over 50 different people contributed information to it. The first two posts have all the fixes, and steps through the how to find and fix your idle problems without spending a lot of time and money. I continue to update it as more people post fixes or ask questions. You can post questions to that sticky and have your name and idle problem recognized. The guys with original problems and fixes get their posts added to the main fix.
