Ok so I thought I had some major issues with my stroker...turned out to be timing . Ok so working out some gremlins...(no I have not fed them after midnight). Here is what I got:
331 Stroker 10.5:1, AFR 185, Comp XFI 236HR-14, Edelbrock Performer RPM II, BBK 70mm T.B./EGR, BBK 76mm MAF (cal for 30lb), BBK Cold Air, MSD Billet Dist, MSD Coil, BBK Shorty headers, 30lb Inj. 190l.p.h. fuel pump, Aeromotive adj fp reg, Flowmaster cat-back, C4 Trans with ATI 3200 Stall, B&M Hammer.
She still seems a bit fussy on start-up...i'd say when warm. Have to open the throttle a little to get her to start. I have manually adjusted the TB so it idles better. I'm running about 10-11 deg timing and did adjust the TPS after manually adjusting the TB. TPS is about .95v.
I'm getting a code 16 (yep idle high), 39, 66.
Code 39 is AXOD lockup failed? Had AOD but not sure I'd know how the computer could tell lockup?
Code 66 MAF/VAF sensor/circuit below minimum voltage. This is the one I'm worried about the most. Does this mean I need a tune? I'd figure it would run ok being matched to 30lb inj?
I'm also running about 35psi fuel pressure, 39psi seems to run/smell more rich.
On a side note, when I drive around the block she seems to run pretty good. Tires are not hooking up at all under part throttle . Need to run through the valves again. I think #8 is a little noisy.
