Has anyone stroked their 302 to a 331? If so, what's a good kit to buy...should I get a new cam, injectors? How much will machine shop work be? Any information on stroking out to 331 would be greatly appricitated. I have a 95 GT, and have currently done a head, and intake swap along with other things.

talked to a guy last time i was at the track who had a 331 and was running 7's and was having to search around for someone to let him borrow a helmet so he could run again. He has a Zex wet kit hooked up on a 75 shot and was afraid to use it cause it cause him traction problems. Car was extremely fast needed better heads they were not flowing good enough for the strocker motor. After seeing him run once I was suprised at the torque it was a nice little beast. Just one thing be careful who you get a stroker kit from cause everyone and their momma has a different opinion of all the companies that offer them.
