347 rocker to valvecover clearance

Im installing ford racing stock height black ribbed cobra valve covers on my 347. I have afr 185 heads, 7/16 stud mount 1.6 comp cams pro mag roller rocker. Engine build sheet says intake valve lift .560 exhaust .565. Valve cover gaskets fel pro 1645 which are 5/16 or .3125 thick. I sat the valvecover on without rotating engine and no gaskets and they sit flush without interference. I have the baffles and all the little casting nipples ground off.
How do i check to make sure they will clear without any interference? Im guessing install valvecovers + gaskets torque bolts and rotate engine by hand and listen? Id like to use the these valvecovers and put $ into other things to finish project. If i have to buy new valvecovers and new spacer for my systemax i will..Thanks

I'm running a 347 stroker with canfield stage 3 port and polished 208 160. with custom comp cam. solid lifters and pro comp magnum 1.6 roller rockers with 5 1/16 screw in studs intake gross valve lift 622 exhaust gross valve lift 628 with a lobe lift on intake .3890 and exhaust lobe lift .3930.and I'm running a set of ford racing aluminum valve covers with moroso reusable valve cover gaskets and i have no baffles on my valve covers and i have no clearance problems.
