347's runnin...some ideling issues

Just got my car up and running after 180cc PTL heads, 30lb injectors, and AFM cam. Having surging and stalling issues at Idle. I have to cut off the injectors to get the car started by putting the pedal to the floor.

11:1 compression
18* timing (doesnt really like it any lower)
76mm C&L w/30lb sample tube
70mm TB
40psi fuel pressure
94 octane

Any suggestions?

You could try backing off the fuel pressure, though that really doesn't seem like too much fuel. Also, the C&L could be the problem, a lot of people have had problems with them.
