i came across a 351 with edelbrock heads,flat tappet cam,edelbrock dual plane intake,650 carb,motor is already in a fox body.my question is can run this motor just like it is and keep my fuel injection set-up. i know i half to get the right efi intake still,but will the drivability be ok with the non roller cam.any suggestions on a efi intake,mass air,and injector size?

I do not think the flat tap. cam is an issue. There is no cam position sensor, so if the dist. gear matches the cam you are set. Use an oil supplement for flat tappets. Roller cam profiles are nice, but there is no reason a good flat profile will not stll be good with EFI.
Unless it has aftermarket wild heads and a BIG cam, I would expect a set of 24 lb injectors and the matched MAF should do it. Jrichker has posted formulas to figure how many HP a set will run. If you are unsure, look them up here.
