351 W in 67

I have a 302 with 65 289 heads. My heads are built with 2 inch valves and has been bored out for more flow. I am going to replace the short block and was wondering how much work would need to be done to use the 289 heads on a 351 W shortblock. I know I will need a different intake. what other things will I have to change to make this work? Distributor? Motor mounts? what size harmonic balancer and fly wheel do 351 w use? Please assist guys thanks

You should be able to use the heads, motor mounts, and flywheel. I think you'll need to change the distributor and intake (as you said).... I am not sure on the balancer or even the front cover (is it different w/the deck height being different?).
You may need different bracketry for the accessories.

If it's a stock 351 W you will have clearance issues with 2.02 valves. The stock pistons were notched for 1.9 valves. If you have aftermarket pistons you might be okay, but you should measure to make sure.
