As far as headers I'm not sure which brand I have, I bought the kit used. I have seen them for sale multiple places though. The major components of the swap (other than engine of course) I used was a kit to put a 351C in a fox body. which included the headers. There made with the fox in mind, but work on the 94 also. Didn't realize anyone was still looking at this thread or I would have posted sooner!

I'm not sure what kind of mpg's this car will get, but I'm hoping in the 18 range. My dad is running a 377 (Cleveland) stroker and a 5 speed with 4.11 gears in his 69 and still getting 18mpgs on 110 octane, that is if he drives it "right." Keeping your foot out of the firewall is the biggest obstacle in good mpg's .
You might get it to bolt up to your T5 but it won't last long behind that motor with any kind of traction as it will be come the fusible link in the drive train.

I don't know.... From the factory, the thing made 300 HP and 380 ft/lbs... ish.
That's roughly 80 more ft/lbs than a 302 H.O. So, depending on how much power you plan to crank out...
On a side note: My Stroker/Kenne Bell makes a [lot] more torque. I don't beat on it and so far, so good. My combo dynoe's at 460 ft/lbs. but with the tires (Cooper Cobra) and [not] using the gas pedal as an ON/OFF switch, it's been just fine. I am mindful however, of how quickly I roll-on the throttle in 3rd.
On sticky tires? Sure, I could twist that T5 into something resembling a Silly-Straw
