hey guys, i just bout a 91 LX hatch, its a 2.3 right now but that comming out. has anyone put a 351C in there fox body? or a 460 ? do you guys know any pages with info on these swaps??

Cost wise, it's be much cheaper both short and long-term to use a 351W for the swap. Also, parts would be a heck of a lot easier to come by since a Windsor engine is what came in the car as original equipment, so you wouldn't need any special mounts, etc.
stick with a windsor! I started doing a cleveland in my 88 lx but cost and part availability comes into play. The 460 on the other hand is going to add a ton of weight to the front end and its 3000$ for a good set of aluminum heads! Stay with a windsor based motor! cubic inches is not always the answer!
put a cleveland in it... do what ever you want..I like seeing swaps because its diff...I know alot of guys with windsor combos that are super common and dont run right atleast with a swap you got an excuse jk I would have prob done a windsor based motor but I got a free roller with no drive train and got a built cleveland for 1k and started from there...its been pretty cool so far and if all is well on combo it should be good for low 11s high tens on motor and I am less then 2500k total into motor (including heads/intake/custom cam/lifters/etc...). plus had to learn a bunch of stuff I didnt already know...projects are funner that way to me... but too each his own..if you decide to go cleveland hit me up and Ill help with what ever I can...
Put the 460 in to, the weight isnt THAT bad, you dont need aluminum haeds just port a good set of stock ones get a custom cam, put a kit on it and run 9.50's all day while the nay sayers on stangnet are riving in jealousy.
I know a few guys who run clevors....you can check them out on *******.com and corral has a secton with a bunch of guys with clevor combos..Kasse cleveland headed windsor won engine master for under 408 ci...and clevor have placed in top five in engine masters last three or four years...with over 700hp on pump gas motor...streetable rpms too....crazy strong..check out Mark McKeown http://mmeracing.com hes gonna be offering up a clevor crate engine...nice...anyway..yeah cleveland swap is more common then alot of peeps think...
I have seen a few Cleveland swaps, but not a Clevor swap. 460 would be a good candidate, but I agree with most everybody with the weight issue of the 460. I think a roller block 351W would be my choice, with Cleveland heads .
