351w setup

Ok guys recently i posed about porting/polishing stock heads and having them fit for bigger valves. Well since then I grew some balls and I got Trick Flow Twisted Wedge w/2.02 and 1.60's. I've decided to go roller, so i've got the trick flow roller rockers, and i'm on my last decision, the cam. I've got my eye on a comp cams roller cam with 5.13/5.29. I've ordered a windage tray, hooker headers, msd billet distributor, msd 6al ignition, edelbrock torker 2 intake. How does this sound?

Anyone got desktop dyno or something like that who can check this combo for him?

I think your setup sounds fine and it should make big power although it will probably have a rough idle.

you shouldn't need a dual pattern cam with those heads, the exhaust flows good enough to use a single pattern. A cam with just over .500 lift doesn't need more than a performer rpm or weiand stealth. The torkers are more for higher rpm's and higher lift cams. The torker would be ok, but you would likely sacrifice bottom end torque, however, it might edge out the dual planes horsepower-wise over 5000 rpm, but it wouldn't be by much.

i'm pretty sure an air gap will push at least as much high end power as the torker, as well as destroying it on the lowend. The normal RPM or a weiand stealth would be similar, though the torker might* edge it out starting around 6000 rpms. I would go with a Stealth.

Well I put in two diff. cam specs, 5.33/5.33 and the 5.13/5.29 outperformed the other one, but thats a desktop dyno. I'm not sure how accurate they are. And what sense does it make that the performer rpm is gonna make more torque than a torker?
