Started the 354 tonight, the chip JMS burned worked great, fired right off, no surge, smooth idle, no hesitation, no CEL. ...at first... then I got a CEL. at 2500 rpm you could tell something wasn't right, a miss. Checked spark with test light while running, every cylinder was firing. Checked signal to injectors, all getting power. Pulled #5 plug(cold header pipe) plug was as clean as when it was installed, NO FUEL. Looks like I have a bad 30lb injector:bang: Bought them new from parkway ford, frpp brand. My builder said he has seen it happen before, new injectors that come with a flow sheet that don't work! Anybody had a similar experience with Frpp injectors that were bad from the factory?

Pulling the codes might be an idea. And while doing so, a cylinder balance test can be helpful if the miss persists (it wont tell you why there's a miss, but it can tell you which cylinder is missing and it will retest a couple times with differing criteria to see how bad it is).

Good luck with the new set-up!
