I did a search and was looking for the thread that gave pics and what not, on how to do the upgrade with modifying the bracket and the wires and such. If some one can get me the link i would really appreciate it. I plan on taking the alternator from the junk yard and polishing it as well, so polishing tips would be great also. Thanks.

This is the one I like. Pretty cut and dry as far as modding the bracket.

oh, any one point me in the direction for polishing my alterantor? i want to polish it before i put it on... thanks again...

there have been threads on it. one could also search the web. i am not sure, but i have some vague memory that Dave (Mansonozz) has a write up or something in his sig - i read that from someone in another thread, i think. dont hold me to it. ).

Yeah i rememeber seeing it. For some reason when i need this stuff i cant find it, even using the search. UGH. Well thanks for the guidance. ill look around. thanks again.
