2.27's and refuse to race from a stop... race only from a roll... racing from a dig is for ricers anyways.

agreed, 9.27's are the best all around gear. 23.45's are a little much on the highway

might lose a little traction in 1st but it's no big deal

Yea but 23.45's pull EXTREMELY hard in first gear....all the way up to 3 mph.

Good thing I have traction control otherwise I'd never move in the rain.

get some 53.14s and 5th gear feels like 1st. Too bad I fear the gear and settled for 4.10s.

Since the CAI isn't as much in question I guess the JTL wins. Still nobody can agree on gears....man.....

Oh chit. I forgot to recommend a CAI. Don't get the JLT, it is a POS. You should go on eGay and get a Honda Civic CAI and adapt it to fit the Stang. Everybody knows that those add at least 55 hp for ricers so that means about 25 hp for us. Damn Vtecs.

oh yea and go with 0.80 gears, 23.84's are ok but with the 0.80's you can run 1297 mph! i'd recomend a 5000 shot of nitrous to get it going in 1st gear though.

5000 shot? Are you kidding, I'll blow the welds on the intake and my floor board will fall out!

If you're serious about the 5000 shot, I'd definitely look into a roof scoop to support the roof so it won't twist during launching.

Should I also go to a one-wiper blade technique? You know so the wind resistance and wind pressures against the extra wiper doesn't slow me down and then blow my windshield in?
