4.6 motor questions

dont waste your time. The motor is a turd. It will fit with a few modifications. Not worth it though

most fox swaps are 4v

It will fit, yes. Ive seen it in person multiple times.

You are better off building a 5.0 in a Fox than a 2v 4.6. A 4v would be the way to go like Winters98GT said, unless you dont allready have a 5.0 in there and a 4.6 is at your disposal.

But, that year motor would be a huge turd. So if you do that, I would reccomend doing a full PI (99-04 heads, cams, intake) swap to your 4.6 to make it worth it.
