4.6 stroker advice

That's a bit out of my price range right now and I'm not looking for huge numbers anyway. I'm just trying to make it to 500 hp or so.
Thanks for the input guys. Any recommendations on the MAF or throttle body?

For one, the geometry of the engine goes to crap when you stroke it. The 4.6 is pretty much square, so when you stroke it, you end up with a longer stroke than a bore diameter and that's not ideal for making power. Of course, the 5.0 stroker won't be as bad as a stock 5.4.

Also, it tends to put the piston pin into the ring pack, and the ring pack too high on the piston for durability. I don't know if this is a problem on the 4.6, but these are things to consider.
