hehehe...For $4800 you can get (1)cams, (2)new springs, (3)stage 3 race heads ported and polished with a 5 angle port job, new stainless valves, (4)bullet intake, (5)L/T headers, and (6)hi flo mid pipe, and (7)cat back system and will be making 340-360 rwhp if you do the work...If you paid to have it done (8)and dropped the intake and you'd still be over 300rwhp.....so what did you spend your $4800 on.....and please tell us who the hell charged you that.....
just a point of interest...Any stroker kit for the 4.6 less than the big bore kit (which you are considering) is a proven waste of money...

(3)1650

Could you break this down a little more? I'm not following the numbers.

Is it.....
$600 for the heads

$845 for the cams

$500 for headwork and valves

$200 for an intake

$1800 for "triple springs"?

What was $3945?

Sorry, just not following what your'e saying. I have less than half that in my heads so if there's something better out there then I want it.

Yeah, and I got $3200 dollars tied up in my exhaust. I got the whole shabange baby! You better believe it! No, this isn't some kind of stealthy turbo or Mondo blower strapped inside the pipe or any bull like that....nosiree, this IS RAW POWER comin' from the headers/h-pipe/catback that allow me to tack in on up to 8000rpm. This junk is triple chrome/stainless steel platinum GOLD plated son! So what now huh, what you got?

Umm, if there are any 8-second 2v cars out there, I believe they take it a little higher than 6800. But nevertheless, I hope you have straps or chains around your block so when it goes boom it won't fly out and kill some animal or something.....

A good set of heads can rev well past 6800rpm..8K-8500 is not a problem .Only problem up there is our ignitions..

Man,I really hate to tell you this, but $4000k for heads is pure rape.

My race heads that are cut up/welded and every other damn thing didnt cost $4k..

If you payed that much,I would go back to where you bought them and smack the guy over the head with them. The turbo 2valve heads only flowed 225 @ .550 on the intake side...Hell for $2k you can have heads that flow 260 plus on the intake side..

To each his own,but you got raped ..
