If you aren't getting high 20s with your 2.3L, it's either way out of tune or it's got other issues.

I just replaced them on my '94 V6 (daily driver) at ~162,000 miles, and my gas mileage is definitely up. I was getting 19-20 mpg before the new injectors; I think I gained an extra 1-2 mpg. Have to finish off a couple of tanks before I'm sure. Power's definitely up as well.
