Fox 4 Lug Boyd Wheels Are Almost Refinished.

I recently found a set of 16" 4 lug Boyd wheels. My original plans were to simply polish and install them.
BUT after looking at these wheels in person, I noticed they have a stock type wheel lip that will (possibly) accept a trim ring.

I bought a set of Dodge NOS stainless trim rings that fit perfectly.
I am so glad I went this route. The center cap will have a polished running pony.

They also will have a running pony emblem in the center. I'm not sure about the red ring yet. My car has a red stripe and maybe it will look good.

Those came out well plus if you curb the wheel, you can just get another beauty ring!

Thanks! I also can have the wheel full balanced with weights on front or back and they will be hidden.

I think they look perfect with no color accents. Very cool retro look that no one will have, nice work.

For now they will be as pictured. I may swap the center emblems out periodically for a change. I have several ideas including a tribar spinner cap.

They are installed. The trim rings did not look good at all. They made the car look like a 70's 4 door grandpa car.
