I also put this in the Race Tech forum but I haven't gotten any responses sooo... :

This summer I plan on building a 408 from a 351W block. I will be putting it in my '95 so I will run fuel injection unless you guys think it would be better to run a carb. So far I think I am going to run a Edelbrock Performer RPM intake and I was thinking either Twisted Wedge heads or Performer RPM heads. What do you guys recommend. Would there be any other heads you think I should look into. I was looking at the DSS 408 stroker kit and I haven't heard much about it... are there any others?

There are tons of companies that make a 408 stroker kit. I went with DSS on mine.
I went with Total Engine Airflow to CNC my Twisted Wedge heads and they flow awesome and make tons of power. Depending on what you want the car to do and where you want your power at, look into custom cams, and a good head. Both TFS and AFR have done nothing but impress me.
Also I went with a carbed setup on mine and kindof glad I did. I have awesome throttle response and I can adjust the idle to work my large cam. If you do stay with EFI then your going to have to look into a custom chip and possibly a different computer all together.
Only downfall I have found with my carb is the cleaning of it and it does need to be adjusted from time to time. Unlike your EFI. I also spent a lot of money on my carb though. I didnt go through Summit and just order one and bolt it on. I had a shop build one for my motor specifically and it works great.
