Finished mounting rad. Started building filler panels for beside rad to make all the air force through the rad and not around it.
Rad is rubber mounted top and bottom.

More pics. I used rubber nutserts for vibration damping. Aluminum rads don't like vibration.

finishing up the rad support basic fab up.
filler plate for the bottom....
so the structure is tacked and fabbed , gotta order a fan to figure out the shroud.

Driveshaft made of gold showed up today.


I placed it on the dining room table which should delight my wife when she gets home later.
4130 Chrome moly, billet steel ends, strange billet yoke and super duty 1350 u-joints. I dare this driveshaft to break....
Now I know why this driveshaft was so expensive. Its rated to 1600 to 1800 hp plus or minus depending on weight of car. These things are used in pro-mods. ..Hmmm I don't know how I screwed that up so much, but at least its bulletproof....

I kind of like it. Theres a lot going on underneath it.

it's huge! Hopefully your engine will not suck in cats and small dogs. perhaps you will need a small grille to prevent that
