42lb injector ?

Can i run 42lb injectors without getting it tuned? Also if i can use the 42's for now could i use a lmaf with them as well without a tune just yet...

You can't use any of that without a tune

No, the eec adjusts fuel based on the MAF curve and injector parameters programmed in the EEC, so to run either you'd need a tune.

Yeah if you don't want to be able to drive it at all. TUNE Always benefit from a good tune

would it be possible to drive it for 10 miles to a tuner...

You'd run so rich it probably wouldn't make it, and if you did your plugs and o2's would be no good for tuning. You'd be better off getting there early and swapping the injectors and MAF once you get there, or since it is only 10 miles getting a flatbed to tow you wouldn't cost much.

get your tuner to burn you a file for your xcal and emailit to you so you can drive to him for the tune....it shouldnt be a problem for him to do

Thats what i'm doing....i'm having Don95vert make me a tune that will allow me to run my car long enough to check for leaks etc and drive it up on the trailor.

I didn't realize you had an xcal2 If the injectors slopes are not locked then you can enter them in and drive it. Just don't get into boost until you have a way to check the a/f. I doubt that it will let you enter a maf curve, but that would be easy enough to change out on the spot.
