I'm running a UK built Rover 75 with a Ford Mustang 4.6 V8 and Ford 4r75w autobox.
It's a standard production car although only about 70 were made. All the advertising literature says it's a 4 speed box with built in overdrive. There is no overdrive button so it must engage automatically.
Can anyone tell me, is it a 4 speed plus overdrive or is overdrive one of the 4 speeds?
It's a matter of debate among the few owners here so the definitive answer will settle the issue.
