5.0 engine harness

hey guys, i'm in need of some dier help..
to the 5.0 guru's...

is this the main harness i need to complete a 4cyl to 5.0 swap? I know i need the injector harness as well. anything else i might need to complete the engine harness besides the computer?

wow, I have never seen that before.kind of looks like the MAF harness. I would find a v8 the same year as you four cyl and grab all the harnesses from that. it will cost less

The harness you made reference to is the same one as this:

And it is the correct body harness for a 5.0 Mustang.

You will need the engine fuel injector harness if it isn't already on the engine.

First off what year is your car?

The only aftermarket harness (like the one in your link) is for the 91-93 mustangs, If yours is in those year yes that is the one you need. If its from 86-89 you will need a 86-89 harness. 89 and 88 where the only year that had MAF (88 cali. cars only). And a 90 is a year of its own.

Match the harness to the year of your car. You will save yourself ALOT of headaches.

90 is definitely a year all to its' self. BTDT Installed 3 harnesses ( all wrong year) before I got one to work.
