5.0 Experts, need some torque specs

Ok, need some torque specs on the following, don't have a manual.

1. the 4 windage tray nuts used on ARP studs to hold the windage tray. The ARP card doesn't list any torque value

2. the 2 cam retaining plate bolts?

3. the 1 bolt that holds the timing gear to the cam

4. the Flywheel bolts (ARP lists two torque values, both different for moly and oil) These bolts will need sealant on the threads, what sealant should I use and what torque/procedure when installing them?

5. the 6 Pressur Plate bolts

I was told that the flywheel bolts required sealant because the cranshaft bolt holes are drilled through into the oil pan. I was curious if this is necesary, or if the sealant has any effect on the torque requirement.

I german torqued pretty much everything on my last build except the mains/rods/heads. This time I want to do it right just in case something were to go wrong I can rule out the possibility that a bolt was not tightened properly.
