5.0 Swap: Which Wiring Harness

Would a 1989 5.0 fuel injection wiring harness be a good harness to use for a 5.0 swap into my 67 mustang? How do I know if its a 1989?

Connections on harness

87-88 NO mass air, no airbag
89 YES mass air, no airbag
90-91 YES mass air & airbag, NO fuel pump relay
92-93 YES mass air & airbags & fuel pump relay

Also know the O2 connections are unique for sticks vs. AOD. Are you planning on EFI or carb? SD or MAF? 5spd or AOD?

Mass air,EFI, 5spd.

An 89 wiring harness sounds like the best option since it does not have air air bag. There is one on eBay right now and I want to buy it however I want to be sure that its an 89 harness.

i am doing a 1989 240sx 5.0 swap and i want to go EFI with a t5 tranny what wiring harness would be best and what all do i need for it .THANKS

The 89 Mustang 5.0 harness if you want a used harness.

Ford Racing has an aftermarket harness if you want to shell out $500.
