A carb'ed 86? That would be a firm no imo.
I'd do a factory style maf upgrade if you have the original parts in place, if not I guess you could do something like a holley terminator. The heads will be a crap shoot. For sure you will be checking clearance, but with an 86 you may be doing so for any head other than a e6. Will the heads work well? Again, not sure, most well running and performing engines use proven combinations that work together.

I ran milled ‘69 DOZZ heads but it was in TRW pistons that were fly cut. Only way to know is use an old head gasket and clay the valve to piston.

Don't be sorry. Not many people know it's actually an abbreviation for an old latin phrase, normalis aspiratis, which, as @Noobz347 pointed out, means normally aspirated.

The preceding may or may not be true.

I was under the impression (and i kinda still think it after a few searches) that it is Naturally Aspirated, not normally aspirated.

What are the main reasons I put this out on the floor and I would think after all these years that somebody would have perfect combo set up for the 86 block. All I’m looking for is a Cambo that I would have to not my pistons.

If you go easy on the cam i'm pretty sure you can use Twisted Wedges.
Which is one of the best sets of heads anyway.
The stock cam isn't the end of the world in this case and most likely the combination won't be outside the capability of the stock Speed Density setup.
Regardless, you are checking clearance.
