5.4 lightning engine???

this is for some of those guys that have done motor swaps. i have a 02 mustang v6. if i put in a 9 inch ford rear end, a drive shaft, t56 tranny, and the engine of course... what would i have to have except for the fuel pump, hydro brakes, radiator, and all that freakin wiring. what would i have to acquire? will my mid pipe fit right up to headers? would the motor mounts just fit right in place? and dont just say "try the search button because it sucks" thanks guys because im getting a loan for some toys and bills
