65mm 0r 70mm?

My car currently has the mods done that are in my signature but I am going to be adding an FTI cam and a Vortech v2SQ (couldn't pass up the deal). Should I change the 65 mm throttle body to 70mm? Also, I have the C&L 73 mm mass air meter. I see most of you guys with blowers have the Pro-M 77MM mass air. Is the C&L going to work with the blower or should I just make the purchase for the Pro-M? Thanks guys

(I will be upgrading the fuel system and ignition for the blower)
 
Well if you are going with a SC I would think about getting a fox conversion. Since you have the trick flow street heat intake you can just take off the elbow., so that keeps you from buying a new upper. The fox conversion allows you to pick up more boost and have more TB options. If the fox conversion is out of the picture I agree with nmcgrawj.

If your gonna swap the TB, 75mm is what you want. Just remember, you'll need to rig something up since the discharge tube is tiny. What I did was put a smaller rubber coupler over the end of the discharge tube and then used a 3.5" rubber coupler to attach to the 75mm TB. Or you can buy a 2.75: to 3.7" rubber coupler if you can find one.

I'd take pics for ya, but my car is covered and its raining out. I could get them maybe tomorrow for ya if needed? I would say just keep the 65mm since that vortech will add planty of power anyway, so 8-10hp from a TB wont be missed. I do recommend a new maf like Nate said.
 
Does anybody have any information on how to do the fox conversion because I am not too familiar with what I would have to do for it but I definately want to do it if it will increase the performance. I am not worried about spending money because the blower and cam is the last mod for a while so I want to max the performance out of it. Thanks guys
 
I knew Green would be in here pluggin that 75mil :)
The TF upper is a 75m opening right...so ideally the 75 would match purfect. I would recc. a 80m MAF.

Oh yah I gotta say it...70mm is the best.

If Ed's grinding the car for the car, I'd go with exactly what he recommends. I think he will say the same as the others here did, but I'd ask him anyway. That's part of the beauty of going with FTI, Ed will help you with the ENTIRE package, not just the cam.
