68 Shelby OEM Fiberglass

I am looking at a 68 Shelby hood. The owner says it is an OEM part. Does anyone know how to tell if it is? The price is about double of a repro. I did not see any markings or numbers on it.

the under side will be smooth ,no rough fiberglass. the louvers will be a bonded in insert and smooth top and bottom . there will be a metal insert inside of the latch pocket the pop rivets that hold in the insert are visable on the under side.the bolt clips in the back of the hood that the hinges bolt to are removable and are inserted in to rectangular slots ,2 on each side
