69 351w 4v heads?

I aquired a 1969 C9OE 4v motor. I am gonna use the shortblock for a buildup. I have heard that the heads on this motor are an awesome, low-buck upgrade for a 5.0. Anybody using these heads. The seem to be in good shape. I am going to use my Victor Jr., so I willl probably sell these............what are they worth? How about the factory iron 4v intake with spacer, or the "powered by ford" stamped steel valve covers. Is any of this stuff worth selling?

not sure what it is worth but some guy doing a resto on there 69 mach1 will no doubt buy that stuff on ebay.
