69/70 highback seats in a 64 1/2

I want to replace my stock lowback front buckets with a highback and don't really care for the aftermarket offerings. I do like the 69/70 Shelby highback buckets. Will they bolt right in or are modifications necessary?

I've done this swap a few times. Just swap your 64 seat tracks onto the later model seats. Will require that you drill a new hole for each track on the seat frame. Use an existing hole for the other bolt.

If you are tall, you will be sitting closer to the steering wheel.
