69 Boss exhaust

Any Boss owners out there? A friend is restoring a 69 Boss 302 for someone and wants some ideas on exhaust. The owner wants it a little louder than stock, but it should look stock. I suggested Flowmaster, but I haven't heard enough Bosses to know what sounds good or bad on them.

So I'm wondering if anyone has any real experience with various exhaust setups on the Boss motor.

i would use a 70 boss 302 exhaust system it is a true dual system with 2.25" pipes and replace the turbo style mufflers with some Dynomax Super Turbo's, they are a little louder than the stock transverse muffler of the 69 boss 302 and the pipes are a little bit bigger on the 70 system.

I built a 408 Clevor and used the Magnaflow 3" kit. I used BOSS 302 headers. I think it sounds louder than a stock BOSS 302 exhaust. The tail pipes terminate just past the rear end but before the rear valance.
