69 Mustang front end help

I am in need of help! First off, my car is a 69 hardtop, 302, auto. I am having problems with the front end. I makes a clicking noise and the camber changes. If is drive it a little the camber changes to positive. But, if just sitting still if I turn the wheel side to side the car makes some clunking noise and the camber goes back to where it should be.

Is there something binding? I have all factory suspension with the exception of lowered front coils.

Also, I had some shock tower cracks repaired a few winters ago.
