70 Front end alignment specs

I know I've seen them somewhere here and that the Ford Factory specs were ok but not really that good. Does anyone remember or can direct me to the alignment specs that work best for a 1970 Mach I, 4 speed, 351C?

for cars like yours i recommend these specs

caster- +3 degrees
camber- -0.5 to +0.5
toe in- 1/8"
