i know there was a thread about this a while ago, but i cant seem to find it.
Im tryin to decide between 70mm and 75mm tb & plenum. I'm gettin a CAI along with it and then VT stg 1's in the near future.

Are they any disadvantages of goin with the 75mm?? will i lose a few hp low end? is it worthless for an N/A car?

75 doesn't hurt N/A though so why not just go 75 from the get go.

read all the old comparisons. It kind of depends on which plenum you buy. the C&L had better power with the 75mm no matter what. the accufab flowed the same with either. everbody thinks there is some magic rule of thumb and it is more about combo than anything.

if buying new I don't see any reason not get the 75mm. I have a 70mm because I bought a used accufab setup and did not care as 70mm performed just as well. so was happy to save the $120.

I have an Accufab 75mm tb. It rocks! Much smoother than stock and hell of a lot better than the crappy MAC tb I bought first. I went with a 75mm mainly cause I'll be putting in a SC soon (in three more weeks).

Alot of people on here go with a 75. If you are planning on doing the heads I would say go for the 75.
Heads are a litle ways down the line for me and a c&l plenum with a 75 mm is my next mod
