About to order an accufab throttle body and plenum. I know this topic has been discussed before, so I apologize. I am leaning towards a 70mm, because I am not getting a blower, but am probably going to get a 75 shot of nitrous. I am doing full bolt-ons with stage 1 vt cams. What would be best??

if you do get all of that you should be good with the 75 mm. get it. youll love it anyways. it may not be ideal at first, but once you are fully modded it will help you

Go with the 75mm if you plan on getting cams and nitrous.

75mm.

off-topic. I know the accufab has been proven to make more power than the others (except BBK, havent seen a dyno test with that on yet). But is it really worth the extra $100-$120 just for 1-2hp? If you need every bit of power, then I guess it could be, but as much as I'll admit Accufab is the best, I dont know If I'll ante up the extra cash for that marginal gain.

Thats about the best you're gonna find anywhere. I still cant bring myself to spend the extra $100 for 1-2hp.

do what you think is right....

perception is 9/10th's of the law.

hey dude, if you want EVERY hp you can get then it will cost you.

are you trying to make HP on a budget, or are you trying to get ALL of the hp a 4.6 will make?

if you are after every hp... every last stinkin HP the go 75mm accufab. 2 hp here and 2 hp there will get you where you want to be. forget price. whrn i get toward the end of this project i will be paying 100's for a single hp. maybe thousands for a handfull.

bas you decisions on which path you are on. it will save you from buying the same parts over and over trying to reach a difficult goal. just ask hotmustang331 what he would pay for a dozen rwhp right now.

you just have to decide which path you will take.... BEFORE you start spending. BBK is an excellent TB, i like it, but if you need an extra 2hp then accufab is worth much more.

rock out with your ( o ck out.
