I know this isn't really a Mustang question but I've been looking everywhere for Fairmont Window mouldings and dewstrips and I can't find jack. My dad is building a drag car out of a 81 Fairmont and is trying to restore it so it can be a show/drag car.
He bought mouldings and dew strips for a mustang but there are some pretty big differences and the window mouldings won't work even if you cut them up. The dew strips won't work because one side is too short and one needs to be bent.
I know how interchangable the mustang and fairmont are since they are both fox body (which is why he wants a Fairmont drag car....nice sleeper) but when it comes to the window stuff, they aren't.
Any have have a clue where I could try to find this stuff?????
