83-86 Predator Mustang: Anything special?

Just heard about the 83-86 Cobra Predator Mustang, just that they exsist not what they have. I am sure someone on here knows about them. What do they have, are they valuable? Production numbers? The picture I saw was a white one with the flat black in the center of the hood and down the nose and a lower stripe that said GT 302 on the door. It was an 84 and had the same nose as the 84 GTs. It was in a mag so I cant post it.

I've heard of them but that's about all i can tell you....you should check over on 4eyedpride.com...they would definitely have numbers and pics/facts etc.

Google it man. I just did, sounds like it was an aftermarket car like a Steeda or Saleen. Something like 150 made a year?

Incase anyone wanted to know. There wer only 8 made for the 84 model year, 5 GT 350, 2 GT302, and 1 GT302H. It was a stripe and suspension package with a roll bar and wheels. Dont think it had engine mods There were 135 made in 85 and the GT 302R package was offered. Still dont know about the HP upgrades if any. Here is a pic of one of the 84 GT302s.

1983 there were 11 cars 5- G.T.350 White cars and 6 - G.T.302 cars various colors.

1984 there were 125 cars, 1st year of the convertible and the R- model.
R means race, which had a fiberglass hood, 3.73 or 4.10 , underdrive pulley sys.
headers, cam. etc.

1985 there were 130 cars, options were the same as the 84 cars, but these cars had the Lamons Race stripes that went over the top of the car.

1986 there were 23 cars , same options as the 85 but were EFI.
