Is a 83 block worth stroking or should i buy a short block
Ive been building my stang for the past few years in between deployments. Ive replaced everything ie trans to HD 5Spd, 7.5 rear end to 8.8 31 spline axles and detroit locker ,But the bottom end of my motor. i have been looking at the CHP 347 Strokers and not sure to buy the Kit or purchess a short block. Im looking to build a Fast Street car that i can take to the track and run high ten's low elevens. current setup fastest i had is 12.3 on stock bottom end. Would i be better with getting a 393 for my application? 174 ProCharger i think in time. Any ideas if im heading the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
