Thanks! There is 2" R13 foam board insulation behind the plywood, not something you Texans have to worry about? Lol. The reason I went with the plywood was I can mount anything on the walls with just sheetrock screws, all in all it wasn't that big of a cost in the total project.

Pretty cool! Yeah- I didn't need that much insulation.. I've got the thermal barrier bubble wrap stuff, i was amazed how well it works down here.

Fyi: take it from me... When you buy one of these shops, you become poor people.

Edit: I can't tell you how bad i want a lift. Just can't swing it yet. Yet.

I know, what I said was more a joke than anything. The shop has been a huge expense so far and sometimes you need to start working and recouping money only to reinvest it again back in to the shop. It was just weird seeing the 84' on jack stands is all.

I swear my next house is going to be 2000 sq ft with a 5000 sq ft garage with room for a lift. When you start getting a little older the days of laying on your back installing a transmission or exhuast or over.

Damn.. and to think I moved out of Jersey 35 years ago.. lol.. I would have stuck around if I new everyone was going to hang at Nick's. Graduated Lincoln Tech and turned wrenches at Union Ford before I got smart and moved to the home of the newlywed and nearly dead.
