Eh, well i guess if it makes that kind of power and is smog legal to boot then that's pretty sweet. I'd still install electric cutouts though

You're kidding right? It's commefornia! They check to make sure your flatulent meets EPA standards.

Well, i don't see how having electric cutouts can make you fail when the exhaust coming out the tail pipes is clean. It's not like you're taking the test with them open?

Seriously? God i hate California. No wonder so many guys out there say screw it and build an old exempt hotrod. I probably would too if i lived there.

I think i'm gonna go throw some gasoline on some old car tires and burn them in my back yard out of spite.

Last I heard, you can't even replace your catalytic converter with a 3-way (even though they do a better job). If you have one (or more) go bad you have to replace it with OEM.

I didn't confirm that story (wasn't that interested). It was part of a thread I read on another forum. It also sounded like the OP had pooped all over the inspector too though. LOL

I want to paint it a satin white, clean simple. Not looking to make a show queen just a silly ass daily driver. Man, this thing is fun! I smile every time I drive it!

And a stock wing, but I am keeping the hood and the fenders

Good call getting rid of the bird bath on the rear hatch and replacing it with a stock wing. After the car is painted I'd race the crap out of it. I'd even paint the engine bay just because.
