86 LX needs struts. Help???

I just got a 86 LX to race. I bought the whole upr crossmember a-arms coil over set up. I really want to run strange adj struts like I have on my 95 vert. I cant find a listing for that year. What do I need to change to run a 87 and up front strut?

Think you can go from -87+ struts down to -86, but not -86 installed on an -87+ . You have to shim them etc for fitment, but they should be possible to install. Anyone ?

to fit right, you will have to change your spindles to the 87-93 ones and calipers too. you can still use your '86 spindles but there will be a gap at the bottom of the strut, as stated you will have to add some washers to take up the extra space.
