I've heard a lot of people say that using 91 Octane gas is not good for v6, but I've also heard that it helps. What do you think??? Also, when should I change my O2 sensors, what brand?

You car is designed for the 87 or low octane gas. Unless you have done modifications to it then you or at least right now wasting money on the higher octane gases.

I don't think it would hurt your car. But like LsRedy2kStang said, without heavier mods, it won't be nessecary, because you won't gain anything.

Use 87 gas. Very very unnecessary to waste money on premium, especially with gas prices the way they are now.

unless you advance the timing in your car a bit....don't bother, your wasting money. hotter engine temp = need for increased octane.(basically)
