nokya's are a cool bulb, cuz ive had 3 sets of them, but each set lasted a max of 3 months each. as far as the silver stars, isnt there 2 diff. companies that make them, cuz i know theres sylvania and another company, ive heard that the other company is much better to get the silverstars from....if anyone know what im talking about...lol

I have no experience but I know a bunch of BMW slabheads and from what they tell me the coveted silverstar is made by Osram, a subsidiary division of Sylvania. Sylvania makes its own Silverstar but from what I understand, the Osram is a better bulb.

Ouch! That sucks man. I've had them in my Saturn for well over a year, and about 4 months now in my 90. Never had a problem. Sucks.

I took these 5 mins ago when i got home just for you!

The pics do NO justice, my camera sucks major ass... I love the kit, actually i bought the kit used from joe (underpressure) along with the housings, but you can get it directly from mecca tune as i was going to buy the kit new before joe was going to sell his. Big fan of it, recommend the HID kit to anyone!

I did an all out retrofit on my car. I retrofitted a pair of BMW e46 bi-xenons out of a 3 Series into my car along with the oem philips 4300k bulbs, ballasts, and wiring. The best part is that I have the use of my high beams because of the projector design. Also, unlike the drop-in kits which blind oncoming drivers from the excessive glare, these lights produce nearly no glare at all. that keeps other drivers on the road happy. I used to have a Mccullouch kit on my car and it just can't compare to the current setup I have right now.

Just wondering where did you get that HID kit from and how much did it cost you?
