89 Lx 2.3 to 5.0 conversion (Carb issue)

Ok ive got an 89 lx coupe turned 5.0 i gutted the entire drive line and went with an 88 roller motor from a wrecked GT rebuilt it and added the following

88 roller H.O Block
TRW forged flat tops
Stock reconditioned rods/crank
AFM B41 cam (basically a trickflow stage 2)
Proform 1.6 RR's
GT40P gasket matched
ARP studs
Professional products victor jr knock off
Edelbrock 1406 jetted to 1405 specs
Mac long tubes
Mac H pipe
Mac flopath cat back in to 3.5in tips
Proform HEI distributor
3 core radiator/junk yard electric fans
Home made serpentine
Manual rack&pinion
PA C4
2200 stall (needs more stall)
8.8 with 4.10's
FRPP subframes
17x9 cobra r's

Theres probably more im forgetting but thats close enough.Anyway the issues im having are when im mashing it off idle from a dead stop.If i mash it from a dead stop at just idle it will spit sputter and either die or catch and go like crazy.Ive played with timing jetting accelerator pump you name it weve tried it with no luck.

Now if your already moving and nail it no issues at all it just goes!Also if you only give it say half throttle from a stop it dont do it it spins like crazy but goes with no issues ive also tried it at about 3/4 throttle again no issues only from a dead stop at idle to WOT what can i do?

Weve reset timing using ported and manifold vacuum,i jetted the carb to the 1405 specs since its 4x's richer than the 1406 from factory and ive had the accelerator pump arm at all three settings nothing fixes it!please help i dont what else to do.
