Any cars I have had do this were due to large vacuum leaks, like forgetting to reinstall a vacuum line or the gasket under the carb was leaking. ( yes this is a FI car)

I have looked over everything and tried everything except to pull my distributer and re time it from scratch. I just seen the other guy had the same issues and hoped he had a answer that I dont

Well, what are we missing here
You said that you tried everything, but then you didn't know the terminology MAF.
Have you checked timming?

Any codes? Maybe take it to a shop and have them diagnose/repair the issue.

update !!! MY balancer spun and when I had the intake put on the gasket slipped down. Now, haven't got her back together yet but pretty confident we found the issue
