I never owned a Fox Body before and always liked them. I have a chance to get a 91 LX convertible with 46K original miles, the car is completly stock. The only down fall I see is its an Auto. How do the AOD trans shift and are the any good??
mine was a rebuilt one from jasper. its shifts were very mild and soft really. 1d1 and from 1st to 2nd it barked em once. never did it again shift kit and pa valve body and your ready to go. or just 5 speed swap and feel like you gained 30 hp. if you looking from something to just cruise around in your can t go wrong with that low of a mileage vert.
Look at the title to see if the mileage is exempt. If its exempt from mileage like most foxbody cars there were discrepencies with the mileage and its most likely been rolled. If it dosent it should be 46k.
