92 Convertible Passenger window not raising

Hello,

I have a 92 convertible and the passenger front window will lower, but it will not raise on its own. When I press the buttons on both driver and passenger side it will try to raise it, but the window will shake a bit and stay in place. The motor works but it just wont go up. Would anyone have any answers for this?

The pucks that are under the drive gear are gone, you can get them from most auto parts stores, pull the window motor, and replace the pucks

Thanks everyone! I've already had to adjust the pole because it wasn't sealing correctly on the top and side, but that's something i've done enough to know how to do.
