Need your help.
What I have is a fresh quality performance rebuilt 1992 5.0, Scorpion roller rockers, girdle, forged pistons, etc, 8.5 to ratio.
I bought this for my 1966 Mustang.
This build was intended for a blower or turbo. I have been looking around for a turbo or supercharger kit for this app online with not much success.
I think the best and easiest way to go will be carburetor route. The concerns are the water pump I.e. What I need help with is suggestions. I would like an inter-cooled solution.
Love to see someone that has done this in detail. Step by step is always a plus...
I guess my confusion comes from a 1992 5.0 in a 1966 chassis and due to the compression ratio we need to go with a supercharger or turbo set up. All the kits I am seeing are for new school, brain injectors etc.
I'm no stranger to first generation Mustangs, however I am a stranger to low compression later 5.0 that needs a inter-cooled supercharger or turbo that is being put into an old school car.
Any help would be much appreciated.
